This open plan home is literally a cut above the rest! The owner purposely purchased this lot as it is located at the highest point of the Marina revetment wall. To capitalise on this important feature the Lot has been raised to street level with compacted sand fill. The Lot is tiered, creating a mid level for the swimming pool and a marina level for a boat equipment storage room.
Filling of the Lot has allowed for a 3-floor construction within the Cullen Bay Marina height regulations, thus making the ground floor of the residence the same height as the first floor of the adjacent neighbouring houses.
