The prices are basically below bare land value (except for lot 3703 which has a house and shed on it). The water licences /allocations alone are very valuable at 8 Mega litres per hectare (each 20 acre allotment carries a licence of 64 Meg per annum or a total property licence allocation of 256 Mega litres). Water allocations down in SA are around $1000 per year per Mega litre, whereas there is no charge at Ti tree for water.
Ti - Tree is located 180km north of Alice Springs on the Stuart Highway. Ti-Tree farms area has soils very suitable for many horticultural purpose and has good quality water freely available. Over the past 10 years the blocks were in production with seedless table grapes with excellent annually crops. All blocks have production bores, are trellised and have underground reticulated irrigation systems in place. The property is currently vacant and waiting for new owners.
